birfday gift part two for *PortalMaster-LJ

So i love how this turned out, like a LOT. But it was SO hard getting it to loop correctly, i literally spent over 4 hours JUST trying to figure out the right way to loop it... but it was SO worth it.
basically i just took Night Song's trotter file, put her in motion, and added some portals.
portals are not made entirely by me, i used [link] 's portals and made slight modifications in the size, colors, and animation.
